Permaseals:
Permaseal nylon terminals offer a water proof adhesive seal. The seal gives you long lasting
moisture connections which with stand water, salt, condensation, heat and corrosion. The inside wall of the
heat shrinkable nylon permaseal sleeve is lined with a special hot melt adhesive permitting wires to be
easily inserted into the splices and terminals.
When the sleeve is heated, the adhesive melts and flows under pressure from the tubing. Anyone
needing 100 percent moisture proof seal should use the permaseal. Permaseals work well in the marine
industry. Another place they work well is in heavy duty equipment.
Permaseals come in several different styles and sizes. Butt splice, ring tongue, spade, snap
plug, quick disconnect, couplers, hook and 3-way. They offer 22 to 8 wire range.

SUR-Form Thread Forming Taps:
The Sur-form choice is a simple one. After extensive research, it was detected, that materials
such as aluminum, brass, copper, low carbon steels, zinc and 302, 303 stainless steel are well
suited for tapping with a cold forming tool. Cold forming eliminates the problem of chip disposal.
Thus many blind hole applications can be solved with a cold forming tap. SUR-FORM taps produce
better threads because they: 1). produce no chips that cause over loading and oversize threads. 2).
eliminates the problem of tearing threads. 3). improve flank finish due to the cold-forming
process. Lubricant grooves enable air to escape and the coolant to penetrate the work area. In most
cases speed can be increased by 200% with a SUR-FORM tap compared to a conventional one. For more
